国际弧学研究会在美国注册成立于2008年，是以普及和推广弧理论以及科学与技术为宗旨的公益性非盈利组织。Jeanne Liu博士夫妇是其初创发起人和运行资金的主要赞助者。
弧论坛是国际弧学研究会的官方网站，对全社会公众免费开放，信息资源共享。
弧论坛欢迎有兴趣者自愿参与和注册，共同研究与开发弧学说的理论价值及其技术应用。

Organization Profile
The International Institute of Arc Theory (IIAT) was incorporated in the United States in 2008 as a non-profit public welfare organization. Our mission is to popularize and promote Arc Theory alongside its scientific and technological advancements. Dr. Jeanne Liu and her husband are the founding initiators and the primary sponsors of the organization's operating funds.
Arc Forum is the official website of the International Institute of Arc Theory. It is open to the general public free of charge, providing shared information and resources.
We welcome all interested individuals to register and participate voluntarily in the joint research and development of the theoretical value and technical applications of Arc Theory.
The International Institute of Arc Theory deeply appreciates donations from individuals, corporations, and organizations across all sectors of society. We also warmly welcome the participation and developmental suggestions of volunteers from around the world.
Adhering to the core principles of public welfare, resource sharing, and selflessness, the International Institute of Arc Theory strives to contribute to social progress and the advancement of civilization through the promotion of Arc Theory.
